Which areas of the UAE do you cover?

We manage buildings and units across Dubai and Sharjah, including Deira, Al Qusais, Al Barsha, Al Murar, Al Nakheel, International City, Production City, Nadd Al Hamar, Dubai Silicon Oasis, and Al Nabba and Al Qasimiyah in Sharjah.

Do you manage a whole building, or individual units?

Both. We take head leases and run entire buildings, and we also manage individual units for owners of a single apartment or commercial space. The process is the same either way.

What is the difference between long term and short term leasing?

Accepted Answer

Both are conventional lease agreements; the only difference is the length of the term. Short term leasing means a shorter fixed term, for tenants such as relocating staff or businesses in transition. It is a tenancy with the same protections and the same monthly rent as a long lease. We do not offer short-stay or tourism accommodation.

Who handles maintenance?

Our own in-house maintenance team looks after common areas and the units themselves. Because the work is not subcontracted, there is no markup on every callout and standards stay consistent.

How do I receive the rent?

Rent is deposited directly into the landlord account. There is no holding period and nothing to chase.

What happens if there is a problem with a tenant?

Tenant legal cases are handled internally by our team. You are not the one filing paperwork or attending hearings.
